A medium height perennial with dark green leaves. Acid yellow flowers are produced in April and May. It has an attractive mounded shape which looks particularly good amongst grasses. In the autumn its leaves turn a wonderful bronze colour.
Likes a well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
