Description
A common native perennial found in dry grassland, roadsides, and waste ground throughout the UK and Ireland. The leaves are feathery, and give off a strong aroma when crushed.
Hoverflies are attracted to the white flower heads, which are carried in wide, flat-topped clusters. White flowers are produced from June to August.
Suitable for wildflower gardens, prairie style, coastal gardens and cottage ad informal gardens.
Likes any moist but well drained soil in full sun or partial shade
