Description

Elegant, slender stems are topped with stunning dome-shaped clusters of violet flowers, alliums are always stunners in the early summer garden (May to June).

These look particularly good mixed amongst shades of blue, purple and pink.  Best grown amongst low growing perennials which will hide the alliums foliage, as this usually dies back before the flowers burst out.

Likes any well drained soil in full sun.

Plant bulbs 15cm deep and 15cm apart to enjoy the full effect of the flowers. Avoid very wet areas of the garden, as they will not tolerate it.  Clumps can be split and divided in autumn or spring.

PLEASE NOTE ALL BULBS CAN BE TOXIC EATEN!!!!!

Height 80cm
