Vigorous evergreen shrub with glossy dark green leaves above and silver below. Small fragrant creamy flowers are produced September to October followed by fruits in February which are an invaluable food source for birds at this time of year.

Likes any moist well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.

As well as a good specimen plant, this make a good hedge or a standard evergreen tree.
