Description
A clump-forming, ground-cover semi-evergreen perennial with deep red-purple, foliage and tiny, salmon-pink flowers held on tall, wiry stems. A good choice for growing front of a border or in a container.
Likes any moist but well drained soil in partial shade, dry soils should be avoided.
Cut back spent flowers as they fade, and tidy up foliage in autumn. Mulch in spring with a well-rotted manure or compost, and lift and divide clumps every three years to maintain vigour.
