Description
A compact and slow growing evergreen conifer with unusual pendulous whipcord-like foliage, creating a fountain-like appearance. In time creates a low rounded dome. Looks excellent when allowed to drape over a raised bed or a container.
Likes any moist but well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
